Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Return Policy.

Current Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that some shipping methods may not be available for all regions within the United States.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. For shipping to other countries and regions, please visit our international shipping pages or contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong Time) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All orders are shipped from China. Please consider international transit times when estimating delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

⚠️ Express and Priority Shipping are not available for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking information first.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established international logistics providers to deliver your orders. Final‑mile delivery within the United States is typically handled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or other local carriers, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We accept deliveries to P.O. Box addresses within the United States. However, please be aware that final delivery to P.O. Boxes may not be supported by all carriers, and delivery failures may occur. To avoid any shipping issues, we strongly recommend using a complete physical street address for your order.

If you still choose to use a P.O. Box address, we will do our best to arrange delivery, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery. We are not responsible for packages that become undeliverable solely due to P.O. Box restrictions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and taxes are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery. In the rare event that customs authorities assess additional charges, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy & Recipient Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and recipient information are accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or undeliverable packages due to incomplete information.

To avoid delivery issues, please follow the USPS‑recommended format below when entering your shipping details:

Recipient Name

  • Enter your full legal name (First Name + Last Name). Do not enter only a first name or last name alone.
  • The name should match the name associated with your delivery address or building registration.
  • Please do not use nicknames or usernames as the recipient name.
  • If shipping to a company or office, please include the company name in Address Line 2.

Shipping Address

  • Address Line 1: House/building number and street name (e.g., 123 Main Street). Do not include apartment or unit numbers here.
  • Address Line 2: Apartment, suite, or unit number (e.g., Apt 4B, Ste 200). If not applicable, leave blank.
  • City: Full city name (e.g., Los Angeles).
  • State: Two‑letter USPS abbreviation (e.g., CA, NY, TX).
  • ZIP Code: 5‑digit code (e.g., 90210). The 4‑digit extension (ZIP+4) is optional but encouraged.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information on damaged items.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (including weather-related delays, operational issues, or strikes)
  • Customs processing
  • Natural disasters or events outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you

While we will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
