This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for orders placed through our website www.yeeyeewang.com (the "Services"). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hong Kong Mi Kai Technology Limited (trading as yeeyeewang).

Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Return Policy.

Current Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Israel. We do NOT ship to Palestinian Authority areas (area codes 056/059). Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the estimates shown below. If your address is not serviced, we will notify you after you place your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong Time) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All orders are shipped from China. Please consider international transit times when estimating delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

⚠️ Express and Priority shipping are not available for Israel.

Delivery Details

Pickup (Collection Point): Your package will be delivered to a local collection point (e.g., post office, parcel locker, or designated pickup location). You will receive an SMS and email notification when your package arrives.

Home Delivery: The carrier will contact you via SMS/email to schedule a delivery appointment before attempting delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking information first.
  2. Contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com for assistance.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established international logistics providers. Final‑mile delivery within Israel is handled by Israel Post or other local carriers. The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Applicable duties and taxes may vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Please read the following carefully to avoid delays or additional charges.

Customs Clearance Options

  • If customs clearance is required, you (the recipient) may choose to:
    Submit required documents (invoice, identification, etc.) to clear the shipment (additional fees may apply).
    Request destruction of the package at no charge to you.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or costs associated with customs clearance or disposal.

Phone Number Format

  • Please provide your phone number in the format: +972-XX-XXXXXXX (e.g., +972-54-1234567).
  • We cannot ship to numbers starting with 56 or 59 (Palestinian Authority areas).

Postal Code Format

  • Israeli postal codes can be: 5 digits, 7 digits, or 5 digits + hyphen + 4 digits (e.g., 12345, 1234567, 12345-1234). Please enter your correct postal code to avoid delivery issues.

Address Accuracy & Recipient Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and recipient information are accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or undeliverable packages due to incomplete information.

To avoid delivery issues, follow the recommended format:

Recipient Name

  • Enter your full legal name (First Name + Last Name). If shipping to a company, include the company name in Address Line 2.

Shipping Address

  • Address Line 1: Street name and house number (e.g., Herzl St 123).
  • Address Line 2: Apartment, floor, or entrance number (if applicable).
  • City: Full city name (e.g., Tel Aviv).
  • Postal Code: As described above.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address or phone number, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com before your order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (weather, operational issues, strikes)
  • Customs processing or clearance decisions
  • Natural disasters or events outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete address/phone information provided by you

While we will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it. In that case, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for return instructions after you receive your order.
