Thank you for shopping at yeeyeewang. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and options when you wish to return a product purchased from our website www.yeeyeewang.com (the "Services"). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hong Kong Mi Kai Technology Limited (trading as yeeyeewang).

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not purchase from us. By making a purchase from our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Return Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This means you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.

Important: We cannot accept returns for items returned after the 30-day window, or items that do not meet the condition requirements above.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond to your return request within 2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. If your return is accepted, you must ship the item(s) to the following address:

    Entrance of Building B, Creative Cloud, Gangwan No.1, Tangjiawan Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China (100 meters West of Gangwan Avenue)

Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the process above will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you discover that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When contacting us about damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond with next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items (items purchased during a promotional sale or discount event)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (items specially ordered or made to your specifications)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have following the return process above.
  2. Once your return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not process direct exchanges. Please note that your refund for the returned item will be processed before you place a new order.

International Returns and Customs

If you are returning an item from outside of our fulfillment regions:

  • You will be responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Any customs, duties, or taxes charged by your country on the return shipment are your responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please contact us before returning — in some cases, we may offer a partial refund or alternative solution to avoid the cost of international return shipping.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the 30-day return window above, if your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing a justification. This is your statutory right under EU law.

To exercise this right:

  • You must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at support@yeeyeewang.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will reimburse you for the full purchase price of the item, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If approved: Your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of our approval.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund after the timeframes above:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased during a sale or promotional period, unless required by applicable local law. All sale item purchases are final.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from yeeyeewang are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
