Current Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses in Taiwan (including outlying islands, though delivery may take slightly longer). If your address is not serviced, we will notify you after you place your order.

For shipping to other countries and regions, please visit our international shipping pages or contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong Time) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All orders are shipped from Mainland China. Please consider international transit times when estimating delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

⚠️ Priority Shipping is not available for Taiwan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please:

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established international logistics providers to deliver your orders. Final‑mile delivery within Taiwan is typically handled by Chunghwa Post or other local carriers, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We accept deliveries to P.O. Box addresses in Taiwan. However, delivery may be slower. We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Applicable duties and taxes may vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Important Customs & Recipient Information for Taiwan

Taiwan Customs requires certain information for clearance. Please read below carefully to avoid delays.

EZ Way Real‑Name Authentication (Required by Taiwan Customs)

  • All recipients in Taiwan must complete real‑name registration through the official EZ Way app before the shipment arrives. Failure to do so may cause customs clearance failure or return of the package.
  • When placing your order, you must provide:
    • Your Chinese full name (as registered in EZ Way)
    • Your 10‑digit National ID Number (R.O.C. ID) – first character is an English letter (e.g., A123456789). Foreign residents must provide their Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) number.
    • A valid phone number that matches the one registered in EZ Way.
  • We are not responsible for packages held or returned due to lack of real‑name authentication or incorrect ID information.

Recipient Address Format (Chunghwa Post recommendation)

  • Use the format: Postal Code (3+3 digits) + City/District + Street + Lane/Alley/Number/Floor (e.g., 100008 臺北市中正區重慶南路一段122號).
  • The address should be in Traditional Chinese characters for best deliverability.

If you realize you have entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com before your order is processed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, ID number, and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or undeliverable packages due to incomplete or mismatched information. For detailed instructions, please refer to the "Important Customs & Recipient Information for Taiwan" section above.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information on damaged items.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (weather, operational issues, strikes)
  • Customs processing or real‑name authentication issues
  • Natural disasters or events outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete address/ID information provided by you

While we will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
