Current Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Japan. Delivery to remote islands may take slightly longer than the estimates shown below. If your address is not serviced, we will notify you after you place your order.

For shipping to other countries and regions, please visit our international shipping pages or contact us at support@yeeyeewang.com.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong Time) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All orders are shipped from China. Please consider international transit times when estimating delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please:

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established international logistics providers to deliver your orders. Final‑mile delivery within Japan is typically handled by Japan Post or other local carriers, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We accept deliveries to P.O. Box addresses in Japan. However, delivery to remote or unstaffed post office boxes may experience delays. We strongly recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Applicable duties and taxes may vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Important Customs & Recipient Information for Japan

Japan Customs has strict requirements for imported parcels. Please read the following carefully to avoid delays or additional charges.

Customs Quantity Limit

  • For personal use, the declared quantity of the same SKU should not exceed 5 pieces. Higher quantities may be treated as commercial goods and incur import duties/taxes.
  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes assessed due to commercial classification.

Recipient Information (Highly Important for Clearance & Delivery)

  • Recipient Name: Enter your full real name (can be in Japanese, Chinese, or English). Do not use a company name as the recipient name.
  • Shipping Address: We strongly recommend entering your address in Japanese (e.g., 〒100-0001 東京都千代田区千代田1-1). Most local delivery drivers cannot read English or Chinese addresses, which may cause failed or delayed deliveries.
  • Phone Number: Provide a 10-digit landline (starting with 0, e.g., 03-1234-5678) or an 11-digit mobile number (starting with 0, e.g., 090-1234-5678). Do not include the international country code (+81). This number will be used by customs and the local carrier to contact you if needed.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and recipient information are accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or undeliverable packages due to incomplete information. For detailed address formatting instructions, please refer to the "Important Customs & Recipient Information for Japan" section above.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yeeyeewang.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information on damaged items.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (including weather-related delays, operational issues, or strikes)
  • Customs processing
  • Natural disasters or events outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you

While we will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
